doh! i was waiting to send this out cuz i thought it was too early. but since people need to buy plane tickets for this affair (probably cuz it's so momentous), i'm putting out the announcement now. you all will also be getting this in the email just in case no one actually reads this blog. here it is!

--- MOMENTOUS HOLIDAY OCCASION ---

Hey Compadres...

Two points to this email. 1. Momentous Holiday Occasion. and 2. Kris Kringle.

1. Momentous Holiday Occasion
So since the holidays are upon us and some of you are returning (if not already) to the Bay Area, we were thinking of doing a little get together when we can get as many of you in the same place at the same time... perhaps good food, good fun, good drinks, and good laughs. Obscure? Well, that's because I don't know what we'll be doing. But here's the days that this Momentous Holiday Occasion may happen: Friday, Dec 19th; Saturday, Dec 20st; or Sunday, Dec 21nd. The date and time will depend on the responses I get from this. The location will depend on the number of people and the date and time. heheh

2. Kris Kringle
First, is anyone interested? I'm hoping you all know what it is and how it works. If not, send me a whisper and I'll fill you in with the details. Second, I'll point out that this is truly OPTIONAL. =) Don't feel compelled to participate. We just thought it'd be a fun way for everyone to share in the "joy of giving." ..... Sorry, that's really corny. So in order for this to work, I probably need to know if you're interested by ... hm, let's say the NOON of Thursday. If I don't hear from you, I'll assume you're out. Which is perfectly okay. And really, this is optional, so you can just say, Claud, go to hell with your insane idea. Oh and the exchange of gifts well probably take place during the Momentous Holiday Occasion.

The fine print: The maximum has been set to $10 by a royal and faceless authority. Individual need not be present at the Momentous Holiday Occasionin order to participate. Such individuals may receive/give items at a later date or through parcel service. Any questions or concerns should be directed to claudia@pixar.com and lvchan@stanford.edu

Okay, so that's what I have to say. Any real commitments to time, events, and locations will depend on the responses. =)

Hi Guys,
I had a really good time last weekend. Now that I am 23, I'll be a little
older and sadder, but yall definitely cheered me up on Sat. Thanks for the gift btw.
On a different note, I'd like to invite everyone to a snowboarding trip next
week. I am thinking of Friday, the day after ThxGiving. Nothing really planned, but
nothing really needs to be planned, because yall can stay at my house!! I'm thinking we can drive up, play, stay overnight at sac, and drive back to the Bay early next morning.
It has been awefully cold up here at Sac, so I am expecting quiet a bit of snow up
at Tahoe.
Anyhow, I hope people will respond......and feel free to invite your buddies!
Actually seeing how everyone is absolutely involved with BLOG, there is no excuse not to respond!!!

sincerely Mark Feng
