Wow Claudia. If you post captions, can you also post some approx day/times to get a picture of how long you were in each location? That'd be really cool :o)

Wow... I can't believe I've missed all these posts. Happy New Year, everyone!
Babak and I are finally back from our roadtrip. The outline of the trip was Albany , CA -> Davis, CA -> Arcada, CA -> Eugene, OR -> Seattle, WA -> Vancouver, BC -> Spokane, WA -> Enis, MT -> Yellowstone National Park, WY -> Salt Lake City, UT -> Las Vegas, NV -> Orange County, CA -> Lompoc, CA -> Albany,CA.
Our tagline for our trip is no backtracking and thing we sucessfully did that. Here are the pictures. I should warn you, it's slow. I'll try to put up captions if Babak will let me so you guys get what the pictures are about.

Happy New Year guys!
Went down to San Diego with Allen and Vishnu on the 29th. Crashed at Karl's place at 3am. We then headed to a bbq before going to the game. It took us an hour+ to get into Qualcomm (which is an ugly stadium). I suppose if they zoomed in to the extra point try on TT's first touchdown, I would have been on tv. But alas there is no good reason to do such a thing. The $48 "complimentary" ticket probably means the ticket office people get to choose the best of the cheapest seats as my ticket cost the same as Allen's but my seat was far superior. Maybe Allen will post some pictures. 2x optical zoom from my 2002 elf just doesn't cut it these days when taking pictures at the game.
On the 31st hung out with Alvin. As he mentioned I was here on one of the "ten" days of rain. It was pouring and he pointed out the antiquated sewer/water system as it seemed to be flooding easily in certain parts of the sidewalk. Alvin gave me a ride to the airport. Its good I got there with an hour and 15 minutes since I was a "lucky" person that the airport or US gov't wanted to interview and the stinking person took such a long time doing the security check. I had those zip pants (that have two zippers to convert to shorts) and they beeped on the metal detector. I think the guy doing the security checking was taking his sweet time or was new because it seemed he took twice as long as some of the others.
Good thing IBM has the 4th off this year. I'm going to need it to readjust my sleeping schedule :o)
Mark, when are you going to be back in the bay area? I hear Allen is trying to put together a snow boarding trip... skiing is more fun :o)
